Senior Mobile UI/UX Artist

Are you ready to take on a once in a lifetime opportunity to be part of a new team who will bring the successful brands from Paradox to mobile? The successful candidate will be a key driver in the challenge of creating core/hardcore games for mobile.

As the only UI/UX artist in the team, you will be a key component in making sure the fans can navigate through the complex user interfaces that a Paradox game will be on Mobile. It comes natural for you to create wireframes, think through all different flows and scenarios, and test it on a set of users before asking the team to integrate into the game. You don't make shiny red buttons for fun, you make them for a clear proven reason.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience of designing UI or user flows for games or software projects
  • Shipped at least one mobile game or major software project
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken

On a personal level you are very interested in understanding the behavior of players and the choices they make while playing your game. You are thorough and you enjoy documenting your work as you understand how it important it will be for the team who will do the integration. You are a team player, and understands that developing games is a team effort, though, you also understand that you have a big stake in the success of the game. You have good ability to communicate, you are a self starter and a get-shit-done type of person.
