Product Management


Our mission is to find and sign the best niche games that fit Paradox DNA. We work closely together with other departments and talented studios to ensure that the games stay true to their original strong vision and and reach their utmost potential. This means that our day-to-day consists of reading about, looking at and playing tons of games besides also travelling the world to meet developers. When we do find something great we get the rest of Paradox as excited as our team and get started on yet another fun project. We also have silly discussions during our lunch breaks about very, very nerdy things.

Whenever Paradox teams up with a cool studio to make a game, someone needs to oversee the production. That someone needs to make sure the game becomes what Paradox wants it to be, on time, on budget and to its full potential.

We deal with communication, organization, coordination and creative feedback, often at breakneck speed.

Our Culture

In November 2016, we gathered the entire company for a four day conference in Malta. The focus of the conference was to discuss company direction, discuss our internal goals, and also put into words the company culture we are so keen to keep as we continue to grow. Together, we decided that the following cultural pillars are what makes up the foundation of Paradox:
