We are looking at improving our way of publishing games. To achieve this we are looking for someone to play a key role in getting Age Rating Certificates for our products. Read on and apply today! 

As a Submissions Manager, you will mainly collaborate with our product teams and age rating boards like PEGI and ESRB. You will establish and drive collaborations and processes between them, ensuring we get age rating certificates on time, on budget and on quality. Through your expertise, you will help our teams better forecast their age rating needs.

To be successful in this, you will build strong relationships with age rating boards. You will benefit greatly from regular travels to game conventions or conferences, and you will be a key influence in setting Paradox’s direction for age rating our game.


  • Help with planning and forecasting costs for all Age Ratings submissions and reviews
  • Ensure that all our games receive all the necessary licenses on time
  • Build a solid relationship with the Age Ratings Boards, Local Distributors and all the Paradox internal teams
  • Offer ad-hoc assessment on estimated Age Ratings
  • Conduct Age Ratings internal training summits
  • Proactively update internal guidelines and documentation accordingly to ensure Paradox is fully compliant


  • At least 2 year of experience in a highly relevant position (Game Publishing, Submissions, Certification, Localization)
  • Experience working with teams across the globe.
  • Solid understanding of game development and publishing practices 
  • Great communicator and fluent in English, both written and spoken.
