Mobile Product Owner

Are you ready to take on a once in a lifetime opportunity to be part of a new team who will help to bring the Paradox experience to a mobile audience?


As a Mobile Product Owner you are responsible for one or several products with the primary expectation of reaching the KPI's of each product. You will be the expert within the organization on specifying, evaluating and optimizing the performance of the products.

You are expected to:

  • Be the visionary driver of the each product, set clear design pillars and the direction for the whole organization to understand and agree on
  • Be the owner of the product business targets and quality goals, including prioritize high-level task to achieve set KPI targets for each product
  • Take responsibility and be the driver for all launch activities including playtest/SL/HL (markets, target audiences, quality deliverables and similar) together with necessary disciplines within and outside of the company
  • Make use of existing metrics, reports, customer insights and similar as strong input for your decision making
  • Make use of the existing processes and established departments to your benefit to achieve product KPI/quality targets
  • Plan, manage and communicate product strategy and P&L for each product
  • Ship quality games fitting company and mobile game pillars towards new mobile audiences and our existing, loyal audience of fans
  • Be a role model for the mobile division, a coach for involved teams and spokesperson for the product(s) and the mobile initiative
  • Thrives in a agile and flexible environment and handles change well


  • 5 + years of experience as a Product Owner or within Business Development, ideally within games
  • Proven track record on F2P performance, ideally on mobile
  • Strong business acumen with a track record of KPI driven decision making
  • Strong communication skills and well structured
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken

On a personal level we believe that you have a passion for analyzing things, both based on metrics but also player motivation. You enjoy optimization, especially around economies. You are a good leader, self starter and a get-shit-done type of person. You have an entrepreneurial spirit and you are driven by building things from the ground up. Finally, you can think long term and see the bigger picture.
