This is you chance to be a very important cog in the Paradox CRM machinery - working closely with your colleagues in CRM to create the best possible assets for our players and help build our ecosystem. Can't wait to meet you! 

About the role

Your main task is to develop and create targeted relationship building communication to our players that will be activated through different CRM owned channels such as e-mail, game launchers, on our web etc. Your day to day will consist of creating  a mix of reactive and proactive assets in the form of emails, images (moving gif and stills) and more for a vast variety of games.

You will be working closely with Marketing Automation Specialists and the rest of the CRM team to serve the existing customer-base, learning what works best for the specific brands & segments and recognizing changes. It is expected of you to always strive to help us become more relevant by creating assets for A/B-testing our communication and loyalty activities. 

You will have a lot of creative freedom but you also need to be keen to listen to feedback from several different stakeholders at times. You must know how to communicate with the Creative Marketing Team to allow them to create specific deliverables, justify design and send out choices with data-backed performance indicators.


  • Mastering Photoshop and other relevant software for creating various content
  • You have experience in creating relevant content with a CRM like purpose
  • You have experience working with HTML and CSS
  • Experience creating emails from scratch, inlucing copy, coding and graphic design
  • Understand how to optimize by analyzing results and data

You are good at creating relevant and engaging content and know how to analyze results and data to optimize for better results & are able to communicate these effectively to various stakeholders. You are a knowledgeable copywriter and a skilled graphic designer. 

On a personal level, you are used to cooperating with others and part of this role is to talk to not only your own team members but also other disciplines and their members to be able to do your job well.
