Your main task is to develop and create relationship building communication to our users that will be activated through different CRM owned channels for our entire game portfolio.

Your day to day work will be to create, manage and optimize the content for multi-channel campaigns (mail, launcher, web etc). You will base the look and feel of all assets on the game and it’s guidelines for communication. In this role you will work very closely with the CRM team's marketing automation specialists as well as the CRM team lead. It is expected of you to establish best practices on all types of content produced. Variations of content will be necessary for A/B testing and quick fixes and optimizations to assets will occur regularly. 

You are the key point of contact for several stakeholders both in the Digital Marketing Department and outside of it so a good understanding of stakeholder management is needed.

Creative Producer CRM will report directly to the Head of Digital Marketing and work to support the overall CRM team members and their goals.

Qualities and skills

  • Experience in Web Design, Graphic Design, Digital Art or similar
  • Knowledge and understanding of email best practices and design basics is required
  • Hands of experience of HTML5, CSS, and legacy HTML versions used in email is required
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop etc.)
  • Experience working with MA platforms such as Braze, Salesforce etc. is preferred
  • Must be detail oriented, self-motivated, time efficient, and able to work in a team
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Passion for gaming is a plus
