Executive Assistant

Paradox Interactive is looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO, dedicated to supporting our CEO, but also working closely with the other members of the management team.

The computer games industry moves fast, and so do we. So, we’ll need you to be very organized and enjoy an environment where people voice their opinions. You must be able to work under pressure and at times outside of business hours.

We are genuinely looking for a great Executive Assistant motivated for the role, not someone who would rather work with game development or sees this as a stepping stone to bigger and better things within the organization so please make sure your application reflects this. 


  • A wide variety of administrative tasks for the CEO including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
  • Coordinate management meeting (and other key meetings) agendas, write protocols, organize and maintain files and records
  • Liase with the Executive Board to ensure material for board meetings is delivered on time and according to set structure.
  • Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters quickly, proactively and often towards tight deadlines.
  • Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information
  • Create presentations for internal and external meetings
  • Follow up action points and deadlines
  • Generally assist management team in administrative tasks
  • Arrange, book and administer conferences and events.


  • Previous relevant work experience from fast-paced organizations, in industries similar to ours, IT or Media for example.
  • We believe you have a degree or sufficient equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish, both written and spoken
  • Skilled and able in Google suite and/or MS Office; Powerpoint and Excel

On a personal level you have strong organizational skills and an ability to prioritize multiple tasks while still keeping an attention to detail. You have a strong integrity and exercise good judgment in many different situations. You are a strong communicator, both verbally and in writing. You’ll be inundated with high level tasks as well low-level tasks and you’ll be expected to handle them all and prioritize among them.

Practical information

The successful applicant must be able and willing to work when needed, which sometimes for the management team means outside of “office hours”.

Scope: Full time and permanent
Location: This position is based in Stockholm
