Paradox’s studio in Malmo is a team of six experienced developers who’s been hard at work with creating the mobile experience for Paradox over the last year. This team is now looking for someone who can take on the overhead responsibilities of creating project roadmaps, communicate plans and requirements with publishing, function as the team manager to set personal goals and facilitate dev-talks as well as being the point of contact for studio related matters.

In this role, you would be at the heart of our mobile game development and facilitate a senior team to optimise their work while also being a central role for managing the Malmo studio.


  • Own the backlog as our Product Owner
  • Setup roadmaps and prepare for releases
  • Communicate delivery requirements to and from publishing
  • Facilitate the agile development cycle
  • Dev-talks and 1:1’s with the team
  • Salary setting and salary meetings

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience from agile project management
  • Experience from mobile development
  • Experience from managing creative teams
  • At least 5 years of experience as producer or equivalent field of work
  • Experience of working with Jira
  • Familiarity with and/or interest in Paradox games
  • Interest in playing mobile games

As a person, you are organised and structured and have the capability of sharing this to make the team around you as organised as needed to move forward with a steady pacing. Your soft skills will come hugely in handy when working with strong creative minds and conflicting delivery requirements, helping the team move forward by communicating  the reasoning and logic behind prioritisations. You are a supportive leader who understands that the creative vision is owned by the development team and your role in this is to facilitate the realistic side of the production.

Scope: Full time and permanent
