Character Artist - (Unannounced non-historical GSG)

We are in early development of an exciting new non-historical IP and looking for a passionate and skilled artist to take the ownership of the 3D Characters within the game.
About the role
As a 3D Character Artist in Paradox Studio Gold you will work closely with the Art Director in shaping the overall vision for the characters art, setting technical and visual targets/benchmarks.
Our philosophy is to keep our dev teams small, with focus on creativity, problem-solving and supporting each other but still with a high degree of autonomy in your role. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with programmers and animators in the team to establish a smooth production pipeline. You will be working directly inside the game, using our character customization systems to create the diverse cast of characters we intend to have in our game.
Experience as a games 3D Character artist with the portfolio to prove it.
Proficient Zbrush, Marvelous Designer and Substance Painter skills.
Strong skills in Maya/Max and Photoshop.
Knowledge of skinning, rigging, technical constraints, and in-engine implementation.
Comfortable using English in spoken and written form.
Nice to haves
Experience with Game engines such as Unreal etc.
Experience working with character customization systems (Morph targets, modular attachments, clothing swaps etc).
Character concepting skills.
