We are looking for a HR Business Partner who wants to be part of our journey in taking our talent management to the next level. You have broad experience within the HR area and understand that a fast-growing company, where there is constant change, cannot be operated with a standard formula. Your passion should be developing people, but we believe you’ll be at your happiest here if you also appreciate and enjoy games and our culture - we take pride in being nerds. If this sounds like pure awesomeness to you, you are probably the one we are looking for!
We have around 700 employees globally. In this position, you will mainly work in close cooperation with a dedicated part of the organization in Sweden. You will be part of a close-knit team in Sweden with dedicated HR professionals; HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition Partners and HR admin. You will be part of driving and executing on our people plan and delivering results together with your colleagues in the HR team.

Experience in driving and implementing HR projects
Working knowledge and prior experience of Swedish labor law, including union relations
BS degree in Human Resources or a related field

As a person, we think you are the type who enjoys seeing the people around you improve and who gains satisfaction from supporting your stakeholders grow. You understand that different managers need different support, and that communication is the secret sauce that takes you there. Since we are a fast-moving company, we are looking for someone who enjoys the high pace and the organizational challenges that come with it.
You understand the importance of building trust with stakeholders, and you know how to be accessible and approachable. Your stakeholders might describe you as attentive and humble. Moreover, you enjoy having structure and processes around you. You are not afraid of leading a project or to be hands-on involved in one.
