Compliance Designer

As a Compliance Designer you are part of our Product Launch team and responsible for supporting our Production teams in all things compliance. This means giving the team valuable guidelines, feedback, training and planning early on in the development. You are our champion and go to person for any compliance related questions.

To be successful you collaborate and communicate with our Production, Development and Product Launch teams. You raise concerns and suggests improvements. You educate your colleagues about compliance to spread the knowledge in the company and you seek to remove the dependency on yourself.

Paradox is also investigating our own compliance requirements and processes for our own services and games. You will be the owner of this initiative.


  • Keep up to date with the latest compliance requirements for our external partners such as Sony, Microsoft and Nintendo.
  • Be the go to person for compliance questions at Paradox.
  • Train and educate the Production team about compliance requirements.
  • Guide our development teams in all things compliance. Highlight risks and issues and suggest improvements or changes.
  • Support our Release Managers in the certification process.
  • Create and manage Paradox compliance guidelines for software and services.


  • At least 5 years working hands on with compliance for Sony, Microsoft and Nintendo
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

On a personal level you have excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable dealing with stakeholders on different levels. Since you will be the main owner of this initiative it is very important to be a self starter and that you have a strong drive to move things forward.

Scope: Full time and permanent
Reports to: Head of Product Launch
Location: Stockholm
