Corporate communications manager

In this role, you are responsible for all Paradox Interactive corporate communications, ensuring our vision and corporate goals are communicated as effectively as possible to investors and business media.

Reporting to the CFO but with the head of PR as a key stakeholder, your responsibilities include direct relations with key business media, both locally and globally, coordinating the production of quarterly reports, annual reports and similar corporate communications, as well as supporting company leadership with messaging advice and input for presentations, stage talks and similar. You will play a key role in defining our corporate communications goals, as well as setting and executing on a strategy to achieve them. You are a firm believer in the power of a strong corporate brand, with an ability to explain and evangelise this both internally and externally.


  • Lead and coordinate the production of quarterly reports, annual reports, corporate press releases and similar corporate communications, including copywriting in english and swedish.
  • Working closely with stakeholders in PR and marketing, ensure consistent tone and style in all Paradox corporate communications, and that they all contribute to overarching goals and objectives.
  • Own and develop all corporate communications channels, including our corporate website.
  • Support CFO and head of PR with media and investor relations. Build and maintain relationships with key business media, both locally and globally.
  • Support CFO, CEO and head of PR with messaging advice and input for presentations, stage talks and similar.


  • 3+ years experience of corporate communications, investor relations, financial journalism, or a similar role.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken

On a personal level you bring excellent communication skills as well as an understanding of both the local and global business media landscape. You also have an interest in and understanding of the financial markets and how financial communication works. A passion for video games in general, and familiarity with the games published by Paradox Interactive, will be considered a plus. Finally, you have an ability to think big and get things done in a fast moving, high growth corporate environment.

Location: Stockholm
