The Partner Account Manager is responsible for managing a number of distribution and sales partners. With revenue being the main KPI, optimizing everything from promotion- and release planning to contract and deal negotiations are key.

As part of the Sales team, located in Marketing, the role also has a marketing orientation when representing Sales in several Marketing line teams. The purpose is to represent sales and to be the channel between the Paradox Brands (games) and the Partners, as well as being the sales professional in the marketing line team.


Responsibilities

  • Key account management for a number of existing and potential Distribution and Hardware partners (OEM)
  • Together with your partners develop innovative sales and promotion plans to make sure revenue and marketing commitment targets are being met
  • Follow-up releases and promotions with an analytical mindset with a conclusion how to improve until next time, always be iterating
  • Have regular calls with key partners
  • Drive internal communication and progress between marketing line teams, product teams, development teams to your partners to optimize revenue, synergies and collaboration
  • Ensure your partners get relevant service and information that they need to sell and promote Paradox products

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of key account management experience, or equivalent.
  • Minimum one year experience from working within the gaming industry in a similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
  • Excellent English, both written and spoken
  • Experience with hardware manufacturer partners (OEM) in various capacities is not a requirement but will be considered an advantage

Reports to: VP of Sales
Location: This position is based in Stockholm
