Art Producer
We are looking for an experienced Art Producer to join our Art Department within PDS Green. Together with the other Art Producer you will define and drive art department initiatives to help grow and develop the team's skills, knowledge and experience so they can continue to produce stellar art content for current and future games to come!
As part of the Art Production Team you will help in the planning/tracking to maintain efficiencies of the team while they are executing against their goals. The role requires intimate knowledge of the Art team's structure and process, how the various departments work together, and above all organizational and communication skills.
You will be responsible for updating various live documents, gathering information, driving initiatives and ensuring a smooth external development process so the Art Team can expand their capabilities to support the Projects within PDS.
What you will do:
Be a driver in supporting the Art Department in establishing priorities, scope and estimates to help maintain project schedules and identifying capacity requirements
Align regularly with Project and Studio stakeholders and communicate relevant department information ensuring the development team is aligned and informed of plans, goals & expectations from Art
Work with leads, Art Directors and project Producers to identify blockers and provide solutions for the Art Production
Support projects in tracking art content within Jira and Shotgrid
Manage direct reports and support their professional development, support your artists growth and enable them to step up into greater responsibilities
Identify, set up and maintain efficient workflows and pipelines for internal and external development with the support of the internal art team.
Ensure art leaders within each of the disciplines are building effective and efficient external development plans for art content
Who We Think Will Be A Great Fit:
5+ years experience working in an organizational capacity in a video game dev team
Knowledge / experience of Game Art production
Posses strong organization and communication skills with an attention for detail
Have the ability to communicate with varying levels of stakeholders, within your team and throughout the company on topics such as production, art and business
Knowledge of standard game production tracking tools and software

Compensation
We offer competitive monthly salary and salary revision once per year with participation in our company wide profit share program.
