Experienced Concept Artist - (Unannounced non-historical GSG)

We are in early development of an exciting new non-historical IP and looking for a passionate and skilled artist to be the champion in the concept art team.
Your mission
As an Experienced Concept Artist, you will be entrusted with a large degree of freedom to define the art style, texture and richness of our games.
Our philosophy is to keep our dev teams small, with a focus on creativity, problem-solving, and supporting each other but still with a high degree of freedom in your role. You will work with the Art Director and concept team to develop the look and feel of our game world, through well-researched and richly detailed concept art. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with content designers and 3d artists/animators in the team to establish a smooth and creative production atmosphere.
What we’re searching for..
Experience creating concept art for games, with a portfolio focused on character design but also including vehicles, environments, and buildings.
Mastery of art fundamentals: Anatomy, Composition, Lighting, Material Expression, Color Use, etc, and highly skilled in Photoshop.
Experience with 3D/2D pipeline (for example using: Unreal, ZBrush, Maya, or Sketchup).
Comfortable using English in spoken and written form.
Mentoring experience
As part of the recruitment process, you may be asked to perform a test, as well as sign an NDA so that you can learn more about the new IP that you might be a part of shaping!

Compensation
We offer competitive monthly salary and salary revision once per year with participation in our company wide profit share program.
