Producer
PDS Green is looking for an experienced Producer to join our team and work on our unannounced project! As a Producer within PDS Green you will be a fundamental part of the studio by creating strategies and planning effective production goals to help the team deliver the best possible experiences for our players, for years to come!
We believe that to succeed in this role, you strive to understand what it takes to deliver successful games to a loyal player base with high expectations, both in terms of delivering on the Game Director's vision and keeping your team focused and motivated. You support your team by removing blockers and communicating clear goals and priorities, enabling them to focus on their work & make great games!
Together with the other Producers, Directors and Leads you will coordinate and drive a development team to success. You will be responsible for updating various live documents, gathering information, driving initiatives, and ensuring a smooth external development process so the team can expand their capabilities to support Projects within Paradox. This includes defining project and studio strategic goals and deliverables.
The role requires intimate knowledge of the game production structure and process, how the various departments work together, and above all organizational and communication skills.
What you will do:
Coordinate with Producers and key stakeholders to drive a cross-discipline development team to success using various production methodologies
Support the project team in establishing scope, priorities and goals that can be tracked in the overall production roadmap while mitigating risks and blockers
Work with the PDS Green Production Team to define project and studio strategic goals & deliverables
Develop and maintain resources and capacity plans in collaboration with other Producers and Production Director
Communicate frequently with project and studio stakeholders on various production topics
Steer the team towards continued improvements and quality by motivating and improving ways of collaboration within the project/studio

What we’re searching for…
4+ years experience working in an organizational capacity in a video game dev team
Demonstrable knowledge / experience of Game Production processes
Posses outstanding organization and communication skills with an attention for detail
Have the ability to communicate with varying levels of stakeholders, within your team and throughout the company on topics such as production and business
Passion for games

Compensation
We offer competitive monthly salary and salary revision once per year with participation in our company wide profit share program.
