Senior Engine Programmer

Being part of the Tech & Services Engine team, you will develop new and existing systems in our Clausewitz Engine that powers world-class games such as Stellaris, Crusader Kings III, Victoria 3, and many more. Your Mission
You will be a key player in an autonomous scrum team, delivering robust, efficient, and flexible systems that bring our Grand Strategy Games to our passionate fans. In collaboration with game programmers, artists, and content designers, you will ensure their needs are met by improving their experiences using our in-house Clausewitz engine. Day-to-day you will design and develop new functionality, as well as improve and optimize the existing engine. We pride ourselves in providing opportunities to develop and learn new skills, so if you’re interested in expanding your talents and working with new technologies, you’ve come to the right place.
What we’re searching for..
A Senior C++ Programmer
Excellent profiling, debugging, and optimization skills
Comfortable communicating in English, both spoken and written
Experience developing on Windows (Visual Studio)

Compensation
We offer competitive monthly salary and salary revision once per year with participation in our company wide profit share program.
You will be given 5+1 weeks of paid vacation per year.
