Finance assistant

Paradox Interactive AB is now looking for a dedicated Finance Assistant to join the finance team in Stockholm.
Your mission
You will be a defender of financial integrity in team Finance. By processing accounts payable invoices in compliance with financial policies and procedures you ensure and maintain our financial integrity and strong company relationships. You will have ongoing contact with vendors and suppliers, as well as process payments in an accurate and timely manner. You will be involved in reviewing and approving expense reports submitted by employees, and each month you will participate in GL account reconciliations, general accounting, and preparing journal entries. You will also support the finance department in various finance and business administration tasks.
The Finance team consists of a party of five members, with great co-op skills, but in dire need of additional finance assistant support. We facilitate all our Swedish entities with financial support, as well as working closely with foreign game studios, while also preparing Group figures and external reporting. Our team structure offers you an open and communicative environment, and you will gain a lot of insight into the gaming industry by performing day-to-day tasks within the role.
The skills we’re searching for…
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or similar
High working capacity with the ability to perform in a timely and accurate manner
Strong Excel skills
Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written
Experience working with financial controlling, accounting, or other financial tasks is a plus.
We also believe that you are dedicated and solution-oriented when taking on new challenges. Since you will be the point of contact for a variety of stakeholders it is also important that you have good communication skills.

Compensation
We offer competitive monthly salary and salary revision once per year with participation in our company wide profit share program.
