As a Business Owner, you are a leader and driver of a specific franchise. You are tasked to drive business, growth, and innovation for Paradox Interactive on live games. To achieve this you work with a number of disciplines within the Business and Marketing department as well as side-by-side with the development studio to fulfill set ambitions and targets for the assigned franchise ensuring the business to thrive over years to come.
This involves setting strategic direction and collaborating closely with our first-party studios to achieve the company's overall growth targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). You will share ownership of the profit and loss (PnL) for all live products within the franchise with Studio Manager(s).
In addition, you will actively seek and explore new business opportunities, both internally and externally, to foster revenue growth for the franchise(s). Leading experts from various Business and Marketing disciplines (no managerial responsibilities), you will work together to reach the overall goals of the franchise(s), sharing valuable business and sales insights with related teams, and taking ownership of forecasts and budgets.
The skills we’re looking for…
Senior experience in gaming product management and business development, or at least 5+ years of experience within product development, marketing, or production.
Solid understanding of business management
Holistic understanding of marketing and brand planning
Experience as a team lead or manager.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in English both written and verbal.

Compensation
We offer competitive monthly salary and salary revision once per year with participation in our company wide profit share program.
You will be given 5+1 weeks of paid vacation per year. Today, Paradox consists of both publishing and internal game development.
