Paradox Interactive is looking for a driven individual who would be content to work with our creators. Our Influencer Relations Manager will be responsible for taking on management and outreach for our extensive network of streamers, YouTubers, and more - and will have the chance to develop new programs and events for one of the most passionate communities within Paradox.

The Influencer Relations Manager will be responsible for coordinating efforts between performance marketing teams, community managers, and public relations to ensure clarity and efficiency across multiple departments. You will become the central point of contact for creators who make content using Paradox games, fostering relations with long-time community champions and developing new contacts for all brands. Your guidance will ensure that Influencer Relations can keep up with the growing demands and high standards of the industry, while maintaining the close, personal attention Paradox has historically given to its biggest evangelists.


  • Manage interdepartmental initiatives and determine clear guidelines, best practices, and processes for collaboration with Influencers on top and emerging platforms
  • Work with Performance Marketing to develop agency contacts and contracts for paid influencer campaigns
  • Manage and develop the Paradox Affiliate Program as an effective and attractive option for Influencers and Content Creators
  • Work with Event Management to include Influencer presence at major events as well as developing Influencer-specific events for all brands
  • Define and ensure standards for content creators in accordance with Paradox’s brand and company guidelines
  • Act as a central authority and point of contact for key Influencers in the Paradox community

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years in relevant industry roles with direct experience in influencer relations, including influencer management, community management, content platform development, and/or public relations
  • Broad network and knowledge of key Influencers and management agencies on Twitch, YouTube, Mixer, and other platforms in international markets
  • Strong documentation skills and ability to track multiple campaigns with overlapping participants
  • Proficiency in English language, both written and spoken

Preferred qualifications

  • A passion for strategy and management games in general, and the games published by Paradox Interactive in particular.
