About the role

As a Creative Director, you will be responsible for creating attractive and representative branding assets for Paradox's new games. In this role you will be assisting in developing creative strategies for pre-release campaigns, managing communications with external agencies, as well as safeguarding and making sure that the Paradox “soul” and identity shines through in our marketing.

Together with the Head of Marketing Creative, you will conceptualize and build brands from scratch, ensuring buy-in from main stakeholders through pitching and implementation of their feedback. This includes developing Brand Books, Brand Guidelines and Toolkits for Paradox's new games. You will also on-board producers to execute the brands you develop and oversee other producers work for campaigns promoting existing brands, to whom you will provide guidance and mentorship on post-release campaigns

Requirements

  • Roughly 10 years as a promo/trailer producer on the gaming, entertainment or creative industry
  • Proven experience leading creative teams and managing clients.
  • Proven experience with the branding of products or services.
  • Script and treatment writing experience is a must.
  • Experience in pitching creative concepts.


You will be in touch with a lot of stakeholders, so well-developed communication skills are necessary in order to succeed in this role. The mentorship of our Creative Producers is a key part of the role, so it’s important that coaching and empowerment of others is something that appeals to you.
