We’re currently looking for a leader with the ability to spread enthusiasm throughout their team, while being a structured planner. If you have good management skills, and care deeply about quality, then keep on reading!

About the role

We’re looking for a QA Manager to lead our efforts towards making even better quality games. In this role you will lead a team of highly skilled Quality Assurance professionals and help them develop their skills. Your main responsibility is to be a manager for a team of QA professionals. That involves coaching towards individual- and team excellence, conduct performance reviews,  and help your team with setting short- and long-term goals.

You will make sure that  the QA department is organized, staffed, and led in a manner that secures success, both today and in the future. You will be part of setting the long-term vision for the department, and make sure to get people aligned on it. This includes both keeping up-to-date with game projects and their testing needs, as well as recruitment.

  • Previous managerial experience handling direct reports
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills
  • If you have experience from the gaming industry and/or QA testing, that will be a bonus - but is not a hard requirement.

On a personal level we hope that you have well-developed interpersonal skills, that you’re team-oriented, and good at organizing. You know the power of positivity, and the impact it can have. You should be able to work independently, proactively, and take initiative for making changes when necessary. This is a great place to be if you’re passionate about strategy games, and even more so if you like Paradox games!
