Your Mission
As a UX Designer on Stellaris, it is your mission to take the players to the stars and beyond with amazingly designed Interfaces and Player Interactions.
As a UX Team we create mockups, wireframes and prototypes of new interfaces, evaluate and improve existing ones, while coordinating with relevant stakeholders to make changes to both UI and gameplay mechanics if necessary. We drive innovation and provide a fresh perspective to User Experience in User Interface design.
As a team player, it is important that you can communicate effectively with your colleagues and the project stakeholders, presenting your ideas and concepts to multiple disciplines. A key part of your success will be to collaborate with game designers, UI artists, sound designers and programmers.
We aim to be the best in the business, and we set our sights on the stars.
The skills we’re searching for…
Have a Degree in UX or related discipline and 1-2 years of work experience.
Experience working with Figma
Knowledge of Frontend Markup Languages is a plus
Fluency in English both written and spoken
Ability to work independently or in collaboration with other developers with assigned tasks and take responsibility for delivering work according to the project’s schedule
Ability to receive and provide constructive feedback based on the work being reviewed to maintain the vision of the game
A strong passion for and interest in Stellaris and/or knowledge and experience of other Paradox Development Studio Grand Strategy Games

Today, Paradox consists of both publishing and internal game development.
