Social Media Coordinator

As a Social Media Coordinator for Paradox Interactive, you will become a key player in bringing our community together and showcasing our company values. You'll manage the social media presence for the main Paradox brand (Instagram, X, and YouTube), creating engaging content and actively interacting with our passionate community. Guided by our Communication Project Manager, you'll help display our unique culture and drive our online strategy forward.
You will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand’s online presence and fostering a positive and engaging community atmosphere. Your creativity and proactive approach will significantly contribute to the success of our social media efforts.
You will coordinate the social media strategy and its execution in close collaboration with the Communication Project Manager. You will monitor social networks, respond to comments, and create engaging posts and videos.
Skills We Are Searching For:
Experience: Comfortable with Photoshop, and proficient in Adobe Premiere or other video editing software
Knowledge: Familiarity with Paradox games and the gaming community.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and situations.
Personal Traits: Enthusiastic, adaptable, proactive, and collaborative.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management: Monitor, manage, and engage with our social media communities on Instagram, X, and YouTube.
Content Creation: Develop engaging posts, respond to comments, and create compelling content.
Video Editing: Use Adobe Premiere or similar software to create video content.
Graphic Design: Utilize Photoshop for creating and editing visual content.
Community Engagement: Respond to community feedback, fostering a positive and interactive environment.
Practical Information:
Scope: Part-time, 20 hours per week
Reports to: Communication Project Manager
