Recruitment specialist (6 months temporary assignment)

Paradox is growing and we need an additional person to support the organization and our managers in one of the most important decisions we have to make - who we hire. 

Paradox Interactive continues to grow and we are now looking for a recruitment specialist to support our managers in the full cycle hiring process. You will make sure that we have all the information we need to make the right hiring decisions as well as providing a clear and positive candidate experience. Building relationships, both internally with hiring managers as well as externally with prospective candidates, will be a key aspect of the role. This is a great opportunity to be part of fast growing company as well as having a lot of fun!


Full ownership of recruitment process from A-Z, including but not limited to:

  • Recruitment start-up meetings
  • Screening CV's
  • Phone screening candidates
  • Interviewing candidates
  • Facilitating work tests/cases
  • Conducting reference checks
  • Negotiating offers

Required qualifications

  • 3+ years experience of full cycle recruitment
  • Proven track record of filling complex roles in high volume
  • Experience from tech recruitment will be considered an advantage
  • Experience of in-house recruitment will be considered an advantage
  • Fluent in Swedish and English

On a personal level you need to be able to work independently and manage your own projects. You need to have an understanding of the impact decisions like seniority and salary levels can have in the wider context. Finally, you should also have the ability to coach managers on best practices within the scope of hiring and recruitment. 

 Practical information
Scope: This is a 6 months full time temporary assignment with a possibility of the period being extended. We are open to both contractors and temporary employment. 
Location: Stockholm
