We are looking for a Product Manager to play a crucial role in building our ecosystem of services designed to create the best experience for our players. As a Product Manager, you will be at the heart of our services and tech publishing teams working on services including Paradox Launcher, Paradox Mods, Paradox Accounts and our forum and wikis. We build the services inviting players to stay with us when leaving the games. You will manage your own team, with requirements to deliver on time and to quality, as well as working closely with the game teams we invest in adding new experience with every release we make. 

In other words, what you will do:

  • Drive the vision and roadmap of your products
  • Define, monitor and analyze metrics for your products and feed learnings back into the product development process
  • Define need for resources and competency required to deliver on your vision
  • Facilitate and manage communication of features and advocating for what’s best for the player
  • Drive product development together with a great team of developers, data scientists, project managers and other stakeholders 

Required qualifications

  • Experience working as a Product Manager 
  • A track record of building and shipping products together with a cross-functional team  resulting in significant business impact
  • Experience translating business requirements into technical requirements
  • Knowledgeable in agile and lean development methodologies

Your ability to put yourself in our players’ position, and to understand a fun, engaging and excellent user experience is part of your qualities. Your soft skills will come in handy when working with strong creative minds, and you are used to killing darlings in a way that win acceptance.

Our Culture
