Do you want to take on an important role in making sure our future releases are successful? Read on and apply today! 

As a Release Coordinator you will help and support the Release Managers in launching all the games from the Paradox portfolio. The Release Coordinator will be the person that enables our Product Launch team to focus on what they are good at and will support them with administrative work.

You will be working with third party platforms and internal stakeholders to gather and deliver metadata to third party platforms. You will also be supporting Production by reviewing our games before and after release, making sure that they have been published on all planned stores.


  • Support the Release Manager with specific tasks around the current Publishing pipeline used by Paradox
  • Upload art assets (icons, banners, trailers, screenshots, etc.) and translated descriptions to all planned digital stores
  • Perform pre-release and release testing on our games, making sure that our games are published on all planned digital stores
  • Manage access to both internal and external publishing tools
  • Update tracking schedules based on Release Manager input


  • Fluency in English both written and spoken
  • Experience working with MS Office, Google Suit, etc.
  • Passion for gaming

On a personal level you are a strong communicator and able to deal with a multitude of stakeholders on different levels. You pride yourself in being proactive and staying on top of things. You have a strong sense of structure and coordination and can guide others as well. You have a knock of solving problems on the fly and putting out fires while also able to identify ways of making releases more streamlined and structured long term. At Paradox we have a vast portfolio, because of that we require multitasking and attention to details from our applicants.
