Do you want to take on the exciting challenge of assisting PDS Art Department run as effectively as possible?

As Department Coordinator at our development studio in Stockholm, you will help the art department run as smoothly and effectively as possible. Be a key contributor to better communications between Art and other departments as well as creating well documented record of decisions and other key information.


  • Help coordinate communications between Art and other departments
  • Create and compile notes from meetings and make sure all relevant stakeholders are looped in on decisions that affect their departments or projects
  • Update documents and work with Department Director to produce process and pipeline documentation
  • Arrange Team building events with direction from Department director
  • Follow up on IT, Office and other requests made by the department director
  • Help with arranging seminars, workshops and other events for the department
  • Help the team acquire Reference material, tutorials, reference libraries, and other online resources as approved by the department Director and Art Manager


  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Good knowledge of Spreadsheets
  • Previous experience as a Project Coordinator in the game industry is not a requirement but will be considered as a strong advantage

For this role you will require excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to adapt quickly and prioritize tasks effectively. You need to understand dev team jargon, as well as being approachable, trustworthy, and not afraid to take on new challenges.
