About the role

As the Head of Paradox services you will drive the vision for our game services. You collaborate with our stakeholders and your team of Product owners, to create the best service experience for our players. With the input from stakeholders your will create the mid and long term roadmap for the service team. Along the way you drive the communication to make sure all parties know where we are going and how things are going. You help everyone stay informed and making the best decisions possible, striking a balance between quality, budget and delivering on time. It is your responsibility to drive and maintain uncompromised service quality standards. 

You coordinate product development on a high level to continuously refine a synchronised vision for each product. An important part of the role is managing, developing and mentoring a team of Product Owners. The role reports to the VP of Production. 


  • 10 + years of experience leading a mature service team, preferably in a relevant business and/or industry
  • Fluent in English

On a personal level we expect you to be an excellent communicator and collaborator. You have strong leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire a team and making everyone pull in the same direction. Finally, you are passionate about constantly moving things forward, solving but also preventing risks and problems from happening.
