The Paradox Arctic Family is looking for a Senior Producer to help us deliver deep appealing and personal games that reshape the management genre. If you are a people person with love for team processes, have a learning mindset and a passion for leadership and creating games in a sustainable and fun way, then you are a perfect fit for our team! 

In this role you are guaranteed to have a big impact not only on your game, but you will also influence how we as a studio create games as you will be a part of the Arctic operational leadership working on continuously improving The Arctic Way of making games. 

The game team is a small, cross-disciplined group where everyone supports each other, dare to voice conflicting opinions and work smart to create a fantastical, narrative-heavy world of heroes and hardship. Building up a new team, help them reach their goals, enable individual growth and continuous learning as well as making sure we deliver on our promises will be your mission.

  • Build an efficient team with a high sense of individual ownership
  • Ensuring deliveries are on time and budget 
  • Leading the Leads team of your project
  • Keep studio leadership up to date of team progress
  • Collaborating with people managers to drive studio initiatives in your team
  • Represent the development perspective in the Product team


  • You have been part of at least one game project from start to finish as a Producer

Our Culture

In November 2016, we gathered the entire company for a four day conference in Malta.
