One of our most anticipated releases 2020 is Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines 2, and here’s your chance to be a part of that. We’re on the look for a savvy marketer who wants to be early in on our RPG-marketing function. If that is you, then please keep reading.

About the role

As a Product Marketing Manager at Paradox, you are responsible for defining, creating, maintaining and executing a market plan for PDX titles encompassing all stages of the product life-cycle. It will require you to lead a marketing line team in building up and activating campaign tactics. You will work closely with the Product Manager, providing the marketing perspective and coordinating marketing plans with development plans.

During your first period here, you will be working extensively with delivery on our marketing plan for one of our more ambitious releases this year: Bloodlines 2 (parental leave cover) before moving onto marketing leadership for a new and unannounced title.


  • Marketing experience from within the gaming industry, having been responsible for least one or two product launches 
  • Team-oriented approach, and experience working with multidisciplinary resources within marketing
  • Strong skills in project management
  • Ability to interpret sources of data to inform strategic and tactical decisions
  • Strong business perspective with an understanding of how marketing should be optimized to contribute to revenue goals

On a personal level, you have a strong sense of coordination, thriving in situations where you have a lot on your plate. You have great communication skills and prefer working in a collaborative, cross-team organization. You find motivation in making your team members better by providing the support they need. This role requires you to work across functions and departments to succeed under constantly changing circumstances. You have the ability to think big but at the same time you have a roll-up- the-sleeves mentality being ready to dig in whenever necessary.
