The Quality Assurance Department are our guardians of quality, the ones that ensure that the games we release are up to the standards of our much beloved players. If you want to be part of ensuring that, and you want to work in a social and coordinating role, then this just might be for you!

About the role

As a QA Project Coordinator at Paradox, your role will entail working a lot with our producers, QA Leads, and outsourcing partners. You will ensure that new features in our games get thoroughly tested, which includes a lot of coordination between the different parties, as well as hands-on writing up test plans. For you to succeed in this role, communication- and organization skills are key.

In this role you will get a chance to interact with almost the entire organization, and will get very familiar with both our people and our games. We believe strongly in the Swedish way of “Freedom with responsibility”, which means that you will have a lot of autonomy in your role. Since you never know what bugs may show up or what challenges you might have to face, there will always be something new that this role will have to offer.

  • Game education or professional experience within related field
  • Strong communicative and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience from the game industry is a strong bonus but not required
  • Fluent in English

We believe that for you to succeed in this role, it’s important that you are people-oriented, since you will be the contact point for a lot of your stakeholders. When in contact with them, it’s going to benefit you greatly to be as concise and clear in your communication, while keeping it relevant.
