QA Tester - Development Studio

As a QA tester at PDS, you will help us deliver the best possible games by testing our Grand Strategy titles in various stages of development. We work closely with the development teams for titles such as Europa Universalis, Hearts of Iron, Stellaris & Crusader Kings, where we test and analyze every aspect of the game.

But testing is not the only thing we do.

We also support the developers by providing feedback on soft values such as game design and the general fun factor of the game. This means our testers need to be apt at interpersonal skills, to be able to nurture a relationship with the developers and communicate feedback that is constructive and relevant.

We believe that Quality Assurance goes beyond simply testing and we encourage our team to develop important personal skills that help them in areas such as leadership and mentorship to others - so that they can collectively spread their passion for quality.

At Paradox Quality Assurance is as important a discipline as any other within game development, one that is easy to learn but hard to master.
