The Team Lead Product Marketing will be responsible for leading the operational work within the Strategy segment. Together with the Segment owner and Segment producer you will drive the development of the portfolio road-map and make sure the projects deliver on expectations. 

Your goals will be to ensure that the marketing strategy within the segment remains cutting-edge and delivers results. We expect you also to define segment target audience and support in portfolio planning, provide leadership and guidance to individual product marketing managers and ensuring their goals are met. 

The role will report to Segment Marketing Manager - Strategy Segment. Key stakeholders will be Segment Marketing Manager, Segment Owner and Segment Producer and development teams.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Own high-level marketing strategy for the segment as a whole, including; representing marketing in the green-light process, define the audience for the segment, help build and evaluate the portfolio road-map to reach it
  • Lead Product Marketing Managers' within its segment, ensuring delivery on their project goals
  • Work with Segment Owner and Segment Producer to ensure goals are met and provide Marketing input where needed
  • Represent the segment needs and interests both internally and externally

Preferred qualifications

  • Fluent in English
  • Several years of marketing experience in the gaming industry or similar
  • Demonstrable experience of successfully bringing consumer products to market 
  • Previous experience working with and lead cross-functional teams
  • Strong skills in project management 
  • Strong business sense, with experience setting and delivering on revenue and sales targets
