As one of the leading computer games companies in Sweden, we have ambitious goals and a proven track record of both success and growth over the past decade. We are a globally recognised publisher and our in-house development teams are considered the best of the best within their own niche of games. We have subsidiaries in multiple locations and have communicated that we are open for additional acquisitions.

We are looking for the right person to lead our team of talented professionals as well as create and implement the roadmap needed to ensure we are optimally geared to reach our goals and can scale, while maintaining the core of the company. You’ll ensure we stay competitive from an employee perspective but also geared to meet organisational needs.

You will be working closely with senior management at the company and report to our CFO. We will be interviewing and recruiting ongoing.

We believe you are senior enough to be up to the challenge as described above. In addition you:

  • Have the ability to think “organisational design”
  • Have a proven track record of strategic thinking and implementation
  • Have worked in industries/companies/organisations where changes happen often and quickly, where there is a strong company culture and where “copy-paste” of standard procedures is not good enough

You do not need to have worked in the games industry but you should have relevant experience and know what it’s like to:

  • lead an organisation filled with passionate and dedicated people
  • lead an organisation that is growing and needs to scale everywhere

Our Culture
