The Events Production Manager at Paradox supports the marketing department with operational responsibility for our B2B, B2C and Internal Events. You and the team manage everything from Transmedia Events, Digital Events, Press Tours, Announcement & Launch Events to our own annual PDXCON fan gathering.

You will work closely with, and report to, the Paradox Events Manager, who has overall responsibility for events and experiential marketing strategy. You will also work closely with and support the Paradox PR team, as well as each marketing manager for our various game brands. The Events Team currently consists of three people and we are now looking forward to expanding the team by adding another event star - you!

Responsibilities: 

  • Event & Experiential Strategy - Guidance regarding KPI:s, budget, forecasting and timing. Developing an Event Strategy and Event Plan for your brands.
  • Event & Experiential Project Management - Responsible for Agency briefs, Event Budget and representation on site. Managing the projects from start to finish.
  • Vendor Management - Keeping track of the best agencies, vendors and partners globally. Choosing the vendors that best fit your projects.

Key Experience: 

  • At least 2 years experience within Experiential Marketing and Events
  • The team is highly focused on Transmedia Events and Digital Events, experience within these fields will therefore help you tremendously in this new role   
  • Project Management experience from handling large scale projects with multiple stakeholders
