Project Manager - Web & Loyalty

Are you a socially skilled project manager who knows how to bring the best out of people, while keeping a rock solid plan together? We are looking for a Project Manager to play a key role in building our ecosystem experience for our players.

As a Project Manager you will be at the heart of our player services and direct distribution teams. Functioning both as the roadmap planning queen/king on a strategic level with Product Managers as well as ensuring the plans come to life and bring value to our players. Projects range from ongoing development work with monthly releases, to yearlong change management projects involving new software and processes. You will be responsible for driving projects related to loyalty and web initiatives working both with external partners and internal game teams. All with the goal to deliver a great player experience whilst driving retention and repeat spend.

In other words you would own;

  • Planning and estimation of the backlog owned by the Product Managers
  • Follow up, follow up, follow up!
  • Setting up processes for, plan, and prepare releases on a regular basis
  • Facilitating and managing communication of needs and issues from all parts of the organization and external stakeholders
  • Identifying bottlenecks and risks proactively based on the information at hand
  • Project reporting and budget follow up according to established company processes
  • Work together with product owners, developers, partners and other stakeholders on a daily basis

Required qualifications

  • Experience from being the project manager of several projects with the portfolio to show it. Having worked with digital and web projects is a plus
  • Experience translating business requirements into technical requirements
  • Experience with managing internal teams and external vendors/service providers
  • Experience working with Jira, MS Project or other relevant project planning tools (we prefer cloud based solutions)
  • Being a great teamplayer making people feel awesome

Your ability to put yourself in our players’ position, and understand a fun, engaging and awesome user experience is part of your qualities. Your soft skills will come hugely in handy when working with strong creative minds, and you are used to killing darlings in a way that win acceptance.
