Your Mission
As a Senior Game Designer, you will be responsible for designing game systems and features with the Game Director. You will write and help keep the design documentation up to date. Together with your team members, you will play a vital role in creating and implementing creative contributions according to the design
As a creative force at Paradox, you are expected to have a genuine passion for Grand Strategy Games and a good understanding of what makes them so appealing to our players. If you want to be an important part of shaping the next generation of strategy games, don’t hesitate to apply!
