About the role
As a Paid Media Strategist you will be part of the Paid Media Team and work with building awareness, generate interest & drive engagement for our games through paid media. You will do this while contributing with a creative mindset, expertise in advertising and marketing strategy. Together with your colleagues in the Paid Media Team, you are responsible for the overall paid media strategy for all of our brands. This includes:
Planning, analyzing and optimizing paid media campaigns throughout multiple stages of the digital marketing funnel ranging from Awareness to Purchase Intent.
Maintaining a close dialogue with agencies, media houses, advertising partners and networks around the world to plan and deliver campaigns with great results.
Providing valuable input on marketing strategies together with other marketing disciplines, such as Product Marketing, CRM, Web, Creative Marketing and Community.
The Paid Media Team is part of the Digital Marketing Department, and you will work closely with both Web and CRM in this role to create the Digital Marketing Strategies and Campaigns for our games.
Qualifications
Experience in digital marketing, managing advertising budgets and digital marketing campaigns
A good understanding of digital media channels and platforms such as Meta & Google Ads
A good understanding of ad creatives and copy
Analytical experience in ad platforms and analytics tools such as Google Analytics
Experience with stakeholder management and working in a cross-functional setting
A familiarity with the gaming industry and games published by Paradox Interactive is a plus.

We believe you are ambitious, creative and have great communication skills. You are curious and eager to learn about new and upcoming possibilities in digital marketing.
