Online Services Manager

In this role, you will be at the heart of our online ecosystem, driving innovation and efficiency across Mods, SDK, and Accounts teams. You’ll collaborate with talented developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge services that enhance the gaming experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth operation of the Online Services teams and be responsible for delivering features according to committed timelines and specifications
- Collaborate closely with developers, Tech Leads, and stakeholders to streamline workflows and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Work alongside Online Services Product Management to enhance service offerings for Game Teams and internal departments such as Legal, Marketing, and more.
- Manage resources, including staffing, budgets, and tools, to optimize team performance.
- Oversee the maintenance and development of both legacy and new services, balancing innovation with long-term sustainability.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that our teams have the necessary context, tools, and support to succeed.
- Lead people management and project coordination efforts, driving initiatives that have a direct impact on the business.
