Senior Gameplay Programmer - Stellaris

Your mission
As a senior gameplay programmer, you will work closely with designers, artists, and fellow engineers to develop systems and features that define the player experience. Using C++, you will tackle complex technical challenges and take ownership of core gameplay systems. You are expected to plan and manage your work independently while also contributing to the technical direction of the team.
Key-responsibilites
Design, implement, and maintain performant and stable C++ systems with a focus on gameplay, AI, networking, UI, and optimization.
Take ownership of complex features from concept to final implementation, collaborating closely with designers and artists.
Contribute to technical direction, code quality, and team practices through reviews and knowledge sharing.

Requirements
Solid professional experience with C++ and strong debugging skills.
Several years of experience in game development, with a track record of contributing to shipped titles.
Proven ability to work independently, estimate tasks effectively, and take ownership of complex systems.
Collaborative mindset and experience working closely with both technical and non-technical team members.
Comfortable communicating in English, both written and spoken.
